The Love Lock Bridge

This is so romantic! Have you heard about Pont Des Arts in Paris – better known as the Love Lock Bridge? This metallic footbridge was completed in 1804 and for years, lovers have been bringing padlocks with their initials or messages of love, locking them to the bridge and then tossing their keys into the River Seine, as a symbol of their everlasting love.

And now, places with love padlocks are springing up all over the world. What a sweet idea, don’t you think?
