OMG! So I absolutely love nail art (who doesn’t?). Though I usually stick to plain colours since the
few many attempts I’ve made have all turned out bad. Really bad. But this geometric design is something I can definitely achieve. And in less than 10 mins. I kid you not. How you ask? Simple. They’re actually nail wraps from Scratch. Tempted to go get a pack, aren’t you? Scratch has got many other beautiful options too : )
PS. Fancy white nail polish?

Would you dare? I couldn’t. Just thinking of the jokes my cousins would make is enough to put me off this hilarious tee. But if it’s your cuppa tea, get yours from Maurie & Eve.
She looks like she’s having fun!
Jennifer Lawrence repeated two things from last years Oscars. She wore a statement necklace that flowed down the back rather than the front. And she tripped over her gown and fell again.
There are a few designers whose creations are truly a work of beauty. Tamara Ralph and Michael Russo, the duo behind the brand have certainly done that with their latest collection. Be prepared to be wowed… Continue reading
Elie Saab’s Spring 2014 runway show is most likely the most beautiful thing you’d have seen in a long time. Every creation is just more beautiful than the next. I’m in heaven.
Hello lovelies! Are you in the holiday mood already? I’m dreaming about what to wear for all those upcoming parties. I wish I had an excuse to go out and buy new frocks, but alas, I’ve got dresses in the closet that have only been worn once or twice. And I figure if Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge can repeat her dress three times (proof found here), so can I! But… If I had to buy a new dress, which look would I go for?
Naughty or nice? Which would you choose?
(Both dresses from Topshop – here and here)
“Krikor Jabotian is a fresh graduate of l’Ecole Superieure des Arts et techniques de la Mode in Beirut, Krikor Jabotian began working at Elie Saab’s creative department, an all-encompassing and enriching introduction to the industry.
After Krikor stepped out and began developing his own independent designs, he was selected by Starch foundation, a non-profit organization founded by Maison Rabih Kayrouz, to showcase his work. It was the first collection he designed under his own name, marking the beginning of his independent career.
After the success of Starch, Krikor set up his own atelier at the young age of 23. It served him for a while, but it was when his family joined certain aspects of his work and established their family run business, that Krikor Jabotian truly flourished into a vibrant space where his work and imagination thrive.”
I personally love all the pieces he creates. The amazing folds and drapes makes his designs whimsical yet luxurious.

Someday I’m going to own a real Chanel. But today ain’t that day – I simply cannot justify spending that amount of money on a bag. In the meantime, this purse, at a fraction of the cost is tempting me. Plus, it’s made in Italy of genuine leather. Part of me feels like I should hold off until I can get my hands on the real thing. Having the DITA bag might just make me feel like I’m wearing a fake Chanel. Eeek!
What do you think? Would you go for the cheaper alternative or save your pennies (maybe for years!) until you can afford the real deal?
“What a wishbone really wants is no different than what we all want. To be joined to our other half. And if we’re separated, we will do whatever it takes to be together again.” – Genie from Once Upon a Time in Wonderland
I don’t wear jewelry on an everyday basis. I’ve got a few gorgeous pieces which I bring out for special occasions but other than that, I like to keep things very simple. But I’m loving this dainty wishbone necklace. Don’t you think its beautiful and non-obtrusive enough to wear everyday? If you love it as much as I, you can find countless ones on Etsy. My favourites are from here and here.

I almost feel like skipping for joy. These Louboutin shoes are sexy as hell. Finally, nude shoes for all skin colours. Ranging from a deep chestnut colour to a light blush, every woman will now be able to add the staple nude shoe to her wardrobe.
I’m also in love with Oprah’s pick of Butter London’s High Tea Collection. Wouldn’t this make a fabulous Christmas gift for the nail polish queen? The set comes with 8 fabulous colours, because as Oprah says, “nude means different things to different people.”
