We’ve been forgoing meat for a long time now and while I still think reducing the amount of meat we consume is important, we’ve recently had the urge to treat ourselves to a little bacon for a Saturday morning big breakfast at home. Sadly, the result were shrivelled pieces of crunchy bacon. Not good. Not good at all. A quick Google search later and now I know the trick to cooking perfect bacon. Just had to share!
