Zuhair Murad

Zuhair Murad is a Lebanese fashion designer and leading haute couturier in Beirut and Paris. Zuhair grew up in Baalbek, Lebanon and has always dreamt of evading to a world of fantasy.

What began as a mere hobby soon turned into an empire of unique sophistication and revered fashion. “Ever since I was a child, I used to imagine designs for imaginary clients. I have always loved to work in the word of luxury and design. As my country is well known for its natural beauty… that expertise… made me fall into the world of haute couture,” exclaims Mr. Murad.

His lavish creations, in sensational colours and beautifully chosen fabrics, are reminiscent of Egyptian princesses, Grecian goddesses and pure, glorious splendor, complete with an edgy twist that modernizes his collections.

His extensive lines encompass haute couture, ready-to-wear, wedding gowns, swimwear and accessories.

Zuhair has dressed celebrities such as Beyonce Knowles, Kirsten Stewart, Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian, Blake Lively, Taylor Swift, Alessandra Ambrosio, Jessica Alba, Eva Longoria, Cheryl Cole, Emmy Rossum, Qatari royals and Tunisian oil heiresses… just to name a few.

Two boutiques (including showrooms) have been set up; The first in Beirut on Charles Helou Avenue and the second on Rue Francois Ier in Paris.
