A Natural Place To Shop

I’ve always been a fan of all-natural products. A long list of chemicals on the back of a bottle immediately sends shivers down my spine. What are all these unnatural ingredients? Is it safe to use? We all try to live a healthy lifestyle so why then do we not pay attention to what’s in our beauty products?

Sadly, there aren’t a lot brands available in Malaysia that carry all-natural products. Many advertise with those claims but look a little deeper and you’re bound to find all sorts of chemicals and toxins in there. Parabens, formaldehydes, urethane and phthalates – do we need all this?

One brand that promises to deliver truly natural products is Burt’s Bees. I literally jumped for joy when they opened on our shores a number of years ago and have been using several products for years now. Read the labels and you’ll be pleased to find ingredients you recognize; those that have stood the test of time – beeswax, essential oils, herbs and so on.

Above are a few products that I’m using and loving! And here’s a little tip – Save your used bottles and bring it in on the 31st of any month to get 15% off your next purchase.

Have any of you discovered other brands that strive to create all-natural products? I’d love to know.

  2. I love Aesop !! But I truly agree with you their hair line products are crappy there do get mostly negative feedbacks from the reviewers. But nonetheless, they make the best generanium based product ever.. cant get enough of their Genarium scrub and shower gel. 🙂
